svg files are tested in CRICUT design space & glowforge software. I am not sure if they are compatible with any other software and will not be refunding for this reason. please do your research before purchasing my files. I will not be teaching anyone how to use an SVG file. Please do not purchase my files if you are not sure how to use them.

One you purchase your sign from me, you have taken a spot on my schedule. I stay booked pretty far out. For this reason I do not allow any refunds or cancellations. Returns will not be accepted UNLESS the issue is MY fault. Returns accepted due to fault of my own are only for store credit. Please reach out to me via email to discuss any issues with your order.

these items are handmade by me. I am one person and I am only able to produce so much. please be kind & patient.

I seal all of my signs with clear enamel to help protect the paint. With this being said, my signs are made from pine or high quality plywood. They are not going to last a lifetime left in the rain & sun. Any long term exposure to the weather WILL age the wooden sign and wear away the paint.

I recommend they be used under a covered porch or behind a storm door (or, of course inside).

Turn around times DO NOT include shipping delays. I will be sure to ship your sign to you within the given time. Once the sign has been handed over to a shipping carrier, it is not longer in my control. Most signs will arrive within a few days. I have had shipping delays in the past up to 4 weeks. Once again, I cannot control the postal service.

I offer local pickup for customers to avoid high shipping fees. Local pickup is at my home, please be respectful.

If you choose local pickup, please pick your items up in a timely manner (within a week or so). After a while, my porch becomes cluttered with signs. If you choose local pickup to avoid a shipping fee, I WILL NOT SHIP THE SIGN WITHOUT PAYMENT. Please do not order without the intention of picking up your item.
