svg files are tested in lightburn laser software. I am not sure if they are compatible with any other software and will not be refunding for this reason. please do your research before purchasing my files. If you are not familiar with an SVG file (cut file) please do not purchase the download. I will not be teaching anyone how to use an SVG file. Please do not purchase my files if you are not sure how to use them.

These are the exact files that I use to cut the pieces out for my signs. If they are working for me, they should be working for you. Again, please become familiar with how to use the digital download before purchasing the file from me.

For ready to ship items, the shipping date is typically within 10 days of payment. this does NOT include the time that the item is in transit. Delays are possible, as I am a one person small business managing multiple roles. Please have patience & be kind.

I have a zero tolerance policy for rudeness. If you reach out to me with a bad attitude I will cancel your order & block you from purchasing from me in the future.

I seal all of my signs with clear enamel to help protect the paint. With this being said, my signs are made from pine or high quality plywood. They are not going to last a lifetime left in the rain & sun. Any long term exposure to the weather WILL age the wooden sign and wear away the paint.

I recommend they be used under a covered porch or behind a storm door (or, of course inside).

Turn around time does not include the time in transit.

Insurance is paid for each package shipped USPS or UPS. If your item is LOST or DAMAGED in transit, a claim must be submitted to the carrier for a refund. I will not be remaking the item. If your item is lost or damaged, please reach out to me and let me know so I can submit the claim for your refund. This is the only logical way for me to handle issues caused by shipping carriers as this is of NO fault of my own.

USPS shipping is included in the cost of the sign. Insurance is paid on each package in the value of the item sold. USPS is a slower delivery service, it is typical for boxes to be in transit 1-2 weeks.

I offer an upgraded shipping option through UPS. This is normally a quicker way to get your item (most arrive within a few days). You must pay the additional fee at checkout for your item to be shipped UPS. I also pay for insurance on packages shipped through UPS.
